Upstairs/downstairs cats

Barn-E wants to play, while Car-E searches for peace and quiet.

This column from 1990 reminds me of times Bob and I struggled to find time together.

It took years, but eventually, Bob and I had all kinds of time together. We even took a couple of vacations.

I’m missing those special times with him today, but at least I have the memories.
