Gluten free bread — first attempt

I love making bread, but this is my first gluten free bread bake.

This package mix came from Bob’s Red Mill. All special ingredients were supplied. To do it from scratch, I’d have to stock up on some specialty items.

This bread is a bit more coarse than my usual bread, so I hope it will pass the test when my grandson gives it a try.

My dog Stella always wants to play. Barn-E the cat doesn’t mind the dog … much, except when he wants to sleep.

Barn-E never uses his claws to deter Stella. He just waits for an opening when he can exscape.
