The shoe box was put down for Barn-E, but big Car-E sat inside it instead.

Cats love open windows.
First, I opened my bedroom window.
The second window is new, replacing a bathroom window in February. Barn-E was the first one to check it out.
The cats immediately checked out both perches, enjoying both.

This cat has a long memory
Barn-E’s memory ranks right up there with elephants.
He did not want to get into the carrier. He remembered it took him to the vet for his checkup last week. I really had a fight on my hands getting him inside this morning.
He almost escaped, but in the end, I won the battle. Barn-E is now up to date on all his vaccinations.
