Barn-E wants to play with Car-E, but something distracts him.
Barn-E’s final decision was to go with the string.

It was 1990. Our house was filled with children. Charity and love didn’t always prevail.
Giggling in a church isn’t just for children. Adults do it too, sometimes.
I hope you enjoy the retelling of this column

Sometimes my beta fish goes crazy when Barn-E looms over his little fish tank. Today he just hid.
Of course, while Barn-E tried to get to the fish, he kicked my pen/pencil mug over and got tangled in the fish tank filter cord. It was a good thing I was near so I could rescue everything before it ended up on the floor.
I don’t mind the cat being adventurous, but I sure don’t want the fish taking a dive and its tank drenching my kitchen.
Too much Barn-E fun can cause a lot of problems.

Yesterday I showed how Barn-E entertains me. Today, I’m entertaining him.
Barn-E has a box filled with paper. Sometimes the paper is all over the floor. Sometimes he keeps it in the box. It’s his playground.
To attract his attention, I dropped a few cat treats inside the paper-filled box. Barn-E had fun finding them.
He did find and eat the hidden treats.
Now he’s taking a nap.
