A Car-E lookalike

I fed the outside cats this morning and didn’t see anything unusual…until an hour later when I saw this.

This kitten is a Car-E double for sure, even the way it holds it curled tail.

It even plays like Car-E.

But it is not alone. It has 3 black siblings, though I haven’t gotten close enough to get their photo. Their black mother and their surrogate mother (Car-E’s mother) keep them well out of reach.

Anyone who wants a very cute furry friend is welcome to any of these kittens, as long as you are willing to help capture them.

Car-E finds a tool

I was putting new string in the weed whacker when I dropped my winding tool.

Of course, Care-E claimed it for his toy.

Car-E and my Cuckoo clock

I usually have the chains from my cuckoo clock tucked up by the oven. Today, I opened the oven and Car-E noticed the chains were down.

I picked up my camera and thought I’d get a cute video. Instead, I almost lost my clock.

Luckily there was no damage.

Car-E certainly makes life interesting.

Birthday Flowers

Three bouquets came my way for my birthday. They are all so great.

I had them all outside during my birthday picnic, decorating the table, but eventually they had to come inside.

I wish I could place my beautiful flowers on my table, but I can’t. Car-E, Othello, and Cruella have other ideas of what to do with flowers.

They pull them out and shred them.

Today my flowers are safe in the kitchen, on a pulled out cutting board, where cats don’t venture.

They are still lovely, but it’s at times like this that I wish I was minus a few cats.

Where is Car-E?

My kitten has the run of the house, but still tries to escape through an open door. It scares me when I can’t find him. I worry that Car-E will get hurt if he tries to go by the barn cats. He’s a house cat now.

I thought I’d take you for a little walk onto the back porch as I looked for him.

This time you don’t see a playing cat. Today Car-E is relaxing.

It’s hard to believe, but sometimes this kitten finds time to relax.
