Sunnybook Farm columnist looking for readers

I’ll never make a fortune writing or even a living at it, but I continue to hope people enjoy reading my column. Now I don’t just want you to read my column in the Wisconsin State Farmer newspaper, I want to click on my column on WisFarmer.com on the Internet.

I don’t only want you to click and read my column, I want you to tell your friends, too. Sharing is the word we use on Facebook. Sharing is good.

Readers are always appreciated and you don’t have to be a farmer. My columns are about family life.

Until next time, that’s all there is from Sunnybook Farm.

Bright solar lantern

If you need instant light, this solar lantern is for you.

Its brightness will cover a large area inside or out, but don’t look at it directly. Your eyes will never be the same.

Recommended for camping and electric outages.

Dog gets into trouble

As I was working on laundry, I lost a sock. Can you guess what happened to that sock?

Stella loves when I drop something. She thinks if it’s on the floor it’s hers.

I didn’t catch her in time before she chewed the sock. Ugh.

A tenacious squirrel

Too bad for this guy, the filled birdfeeder was just out of reach.

It’s the only squirrel that visits. I enjoy watching him/her, but I won’t put the feeder within its reach.

Nature gets close here.
