Grocery Bag Contents

I don’t do a lot of shopping, even when there isn’t a pandemic. When I go, I have a list, so I don’t forget anything.

This day, as I emptied a bag, I found something I didn’t expect.

Car-E had a lot of fun both inside and outside that bag.

Sharing Car-E with you is my pleasure. He’s such a fun furry friend.

A short clip from a kitten’s tale

It’s time for another short clip of the life of Car-E.

It’s fun sharing Car-E’s antics with everyone.

Making these videos is the only way for others to enjoy his playfulness as no one is visiting inside these days with the virus roaming the world.

Car-E is an indoor cat, though he has tried to escape out the door. Watching for these attempts keeps me on guard. I do not want to lose my furry friend.

Lunchtime

I hate thinking of what to eat for myself. For 46 years I thought first of what Bob would like to eat. Now, it’s just me.

Today’s lunch was quick. Two eggs with mushrooms, onion, sweet pepper, and a bit of bacon were my ingredients. (I cooked the vegetables first before adding the egg.)

I didn’t realize I’d make it into an omelet until I had the vegetables and eggs in the pan. At first, I thought I’d scramble everything together. When I added a bit of cheese it became an omelet.

It almost slid out of the pan in one piece but since I had a lot of veggies, it broke a little.

With whole wheat toast, this was a good lunch.

Bob and I often had breakfast for lunch or even dinner.

Today, I gave Car-E a little lunchtime snack. He ate nicely.

If another pet looked like it wanted a taste, Car-E would growl and attack his food so no one else would get any.

A kitten tale

Don’t you wish you had Car-E’s energy. He plays hard and then he stops for a nap.

When Car-E is quiet he is a pleasure to hold, soft and sweet. But when he wakes, it is time to play!

Today I share another playful Car-E with you.

Growing fast

Car-E hasn’t been here for long, only since early June. He came as a little bugger and has more than doubled in size.

In the beginning, I had a little kitten.

Car-E could be considered to be a teenager now.

It is difficult getting a photo of Car-E these days. Most are out of focus because he’s racing around the room. Only when he’s asleep can I keep him in focus.

That’s the update on Car-E for today. He makes life interesting.
