You’ll find more than books in libraries. These two guinea pigs live at the Muehl Public Library in Seymour, Wisconsin.
There’s a place where young library patrons can climb high enough to see Rolo and Fable.
They were nice and didn’t hide so I could make this video.

The hummingbird sounds like a bumblebee. The loud bird sound on this video is from a neighboring bird, not this little guy.
When I refill this feeder I boil 1 cup of water and add 1/4 cup of sugar (4 to 1). It dissolves into a clear liquid and needs no color added to it. It is cooled to room temperature before being added to the feeder.
I’m so happy that this new feeder does not allow bugs to get inside, yet the hummingbirds can get their fill without a problem.

Sometimes Barn-E and Stella’s playtime sounds like they are bringing down the house. This video is pretty mild compared to those wild times.
Right now the house is quiet. I sent the cats upstairs and Stella is alone. She’s tearing up brown packaging paper for fun. Better that than anything important.

Some people believe you get an egg a day from a chicken. Some months, especially in winter, my hens take a vacation from egg production.
Spring has arrived here on Sunnybook Farm! Here’s an account of the first three eggs of the laying season.
I’m hoping that my other two hens start getting on their nests, too. This green egg is from Red. I know because I saw her get out of the nest. Her eggs are green-colored eggs. Red is an Araucana chicken.

It’s time for breakfast for my outside cats. The freezing rain didn’t stop them from coming to my front porch.
Unless it is very windy, the porch is dry when it rains. These cats often sleep on padded seats set out for them.
It’s funny when I find all three sleeping together. Too often, Squinty and Willy fight, but as you can see, they aren’t fighting today.
Now it’s time for my breakfast. Today I’m making oatmeal.
