Cat vs. socks & toes

This is how I start my day. I try to get dressed with the help of my cat Barn-E.

He has sharp claws and teeth, which can hurt a little, but he’s also so cute, so I put up with his crazy obsession.

Barn-E has also hung onto the legs of my pants. I have to remove him so I can pull up my jeans.

Having pets living with me makes life interesting.

Geese are flying

I think this gaggle of geese is getting ready to head south.

I heard them coming and had time to pull my cell phone out of my pocket so I could capture this video.

They were flying west.

I believe they are eating now in a nearby field.

Too soon they will be on their way to their winter home.

I’m not fond of extreme cold, but I will stay in Wisconsin just the same.

A mix of seasons

A bit of snow is mixing with rain today. It’s 36 degrees.

Unlike me, Stella doesn’t seem to mind the cool, wet weather. It will take time to thicken my blood for cold weather.

Right now, I add sweatshirts to my ensemble for the day.

It’s just the beginning of the change of seasons. But my dog and I can cope.

Two videos

Here’s what I brought home from Bria Bella last Friday.

I went around Tara’s boutique touching all the sweaters, looking for the softest ones.

In the following video, I model my 3 new sweaters.

I won’t make any runway as a model, but from my kitchen, I can show off my purchases standing still.

Autumn temperatures are falling this week, so these sweaters will come in handy.
