Crazy dog with an odd toy

I had to find out what Stella had in the corner. Here’s the video of her playing.

A rock was what she was pushing around. It was one a grandchild gave me. I never imagined the dog would find it and play with it.

Puppies are interesting.

Little sister, Lee, by Chuck Paska

My dad shared stories about his sisters. Here are two about his little sister, Lee.

When Dad told the story about the fence, he had many more details. His written account is shorter but still fun.

I’m glad I can share his stories here. I only wish I could share him telling them.

Aunt Lee counted on her big brother throughout their lives. Dad was her protector when things went bad.

She loved garage sales and got along really well with Bob’s sister, Ginny. Often, those two were off looking for finds at garage and rummage sales.

I’m sure happy that Dad wrote down some of his stories. These are a bit of him that I carry with me and love.

Barn-E the destroyer

Odd sounds brought me to this corner of the house. This is what I found.

Ugh! Barn-E was in trouble again.

I don’t know if I should replace the blinds yet. Maybe I’ll wait until he loses interest.

Thank goodness no smell-a-vision

Manure on the move.

Country roads have many interesting vehicles moving these days.

I recommend you don’t follow too closely any hauling manure. Better to take your time and back off.

Feline helpers unpack books

Finally, the first box of my books arrived. Of course, my cats had to help with the unpacking.

These were paperback copies. Hopefully soon, I’ll have hardback books, too.

Copies of All the Queen’s Crowns are for sale on Amazon and Barns & Nobel. Of course, if you are close, you can buy a copy from me.
