Cruella shows up

Cruella

My old cat, Cruella, usually spends her time upstairs. Today she joined me in the kitchen.

For most of her life, Cruella hid from company. Lately, she’s been showing up, at least for a little while. She even let visiting children pet her the other day, which amazed me.

Bob was her person of choice. She used to sit on his chest as he sat in his lounge chair. So often, she walked over me to get to him. I think she misses her favorite human.

Celestial Seasonings Cinnamon Apple Spice Herbal Tea Review

Need to warm up? Try this tea.

I like sweet tea, but this herbal tea doesn’t need any sweetener added to it to make it taste sweet.

I also used one tea bag in my extra-large mug. The flavor didn’t weaken much from the additional hot water.

Winter and hot tea go together like coffee and cream which are also a good pairing in winter.

Ritz Toasted Chips

One day I wanted a treat, but I didn’t want potato chips. When I went shopping this caught my eye at the store and I came home with a bag.

After one bag, I had to get another. I can’t stop eating these chips. I have to limit the number I eat or I’d eat the whole bag.

Maybe someday you’ll give these a try.

Planet Dog Orbee-Tuff Mazee Puzzle Dog Toy review

Stella recommends this puzzle ball, except she wants me to put in more treats.

Stella gets the treats out of the ball fairly quickly. I’ll only give her a few treats at a time. Stella would live on treats if I let her. Earlier today I gave her kibble for breakfast. She only ate half, but still comes begging to me for something to eat.

I found this ball on Chewy.com today at $14.40. I bought Stella’s ball at PetSmart when she was taking puppy classes there in the summer.
