Cat brothers wrestling

This is the way my cats started their day. Sometimes Barn-E is involved, but today it was just Car-E and Spitz.

Happily, they did not involve my bare feet in their wrestling fun. That could have hurt.

A farmer’s funeral

I counted 50 tractors escorting Dave Beyer (35) to his final resting place.

One special IH tractor went to the grave site.

A sad day, but a wonderful memorial for Dave.

Sorry for my shaky video. The bright sun made seeing the screen difficult.

Sunrise balloon ascension

I debated about watching the hot air balloons take off this morning. I had to get moving early.

After feeding my pets, I drove to Seymour. The balloons were being taken out of their trailers and getting ready to be inflated. I watched from the balloons flat on the ground, to take off.

The evening crowds were gone. Only a few were there to witness sunrise with the balloons in Seymour, Wisconsin.

It was beautiful.

Burger Fest begins with balloons

Incoming thunderstorms kept the balloons on the ground. Even though they weren’t flying, the crowd loved to see them.

Hopefully, on Saturday evening, they will be flying over Seymour, Wisconsin.
