Kittens are ready to eat

The four neutered barn cats didn’t run for the hills. Instead, they stopped to gobble food when released.

Hopefully, they will live for many years.

I’m so grateful for the help of Happily Ever After a no-kill shelter. https://www.heanokill.org/

Cat ambush

It was mischief time for Spitz. He attempted to ambush his big brother, but Car-E didn’t flinch and walked on.

Spitz uses the shower curtain as a hiding place.

Soon his tail attracted his attention.

This video shows a little early morning playtime with Spitz.

Cats can’t tell time

If you have one or more housecats, you did not get an extra hour of sleep last night. Mine skipped the time change and jumped on my bed as usual, ready for breakfast.

My feline alarm clocks are always ready to get going early each morning.

I’m just happy that they sleep most of the night without disturbing me, too much.

Sunrise on Sunnybook Farm

I stood and watched the early morning changes. It was chilly, but no wind, so very nice.

Stella didn’t care about the colorful sky. She wished to see a rabbit.

I hope you enjoy this little clip of Wisconsin beauty.

First snow of 2023

My dog, Stella, got excited to see the snow falling.

I’m sure she will like it more in the future when there is more on the ground.

For me, the best snow falls on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I can wait for that.
