Car-E a lost cat

After I unpacked my groceries, Car-E decided to investigate a bag.

Maybe part of him was in the handle.

I couldn’t help myself but stop what I was doing and watch his antics and video them to share.

Cat blames dog

In all his life, Sunny never opened a cabinet door. It was easy for me to keep dog food close at hand by putting some in a container in the cabinet. Not so anymore.

Car-E tried to look innocent as Sunny nibbled on the kibble the cat had dumped on the floor. It was my mischievous cat who opened the door.

Of course, Sunny would eat the food on the floor. Car-E hoped that would make him look guilty, but I knew who to blame.

Now I’m looking into safety locks to keep the cat out. With my luck, Car-E will figure how to unlock those, too.

Car-E is one smart cat.

Entertaining and healthy

I put a few ice cubes in the water bowl for my inside pets.

Car-E came and immediately investigated the ice cubes.

The ice cubes cool the water on a hot day and also entertain my cat.

Hot weather can be tough on animals as well as people.

Think about giving your pet a cool treat today.

A flick of a paw

When I found the door open I thought I hadn’t latched the cabinet door well enough. Now I know. Watch the video and see my sneaky cat at work.

If he found one of those white cleaning sponges, Car-E would have taken it as another cat toy.

I found a turkey feather on the lane and brought it home.

Car-E found it and claimed it for himself. When he tired playing with it on the floor, I attached it to his homemade hanging toy.

This short cat video shows how much Car-E appreciated his ‘new’ toy.
