Midwest Shrine Association convention parade

Seymour was honored to be selected to host this parade.

I was amazed at the cars, bikes, mini-bikes, etc. that zoomed up and down and around Main Street.

This is just a portion of what I saw.

The rest of my video was live-streamed on Facebook.

Until next time, that’s all there is from Sunnybook Farm.

Dogs do the darndest things

Stella likes to dig. I’m glad she wasn’t really digging this time.

I guess she wanted to save her chew for another day. Hiding was cute this time. I sure hope she doesn’t really try to dig a hole into the couch.

We are working daily at learning how to live with each other. Some days are better than others. This time she was just cute.

Music in the Park with grandchildren

I took my three grandchildren to Seymour for Music in the Park on Wednesday evening. They ended up on stage.

They helped and then won $2 each for being the farthest visiting Seymour.

I’m proud that they ran prizes to winners of the door prizes. (Wyatt won a $10 gift card from Don’s Market!)

My three got popcorn for their efforts which they didn’t expect.

Big fish in the tank

Barn-E is checking out my fish. He would take a dive inside if there wasn’t a lid on the tank.

The tank looks so much cleaner since I brought home two snails. They came the same day Stella moved into this house.

Volunteers working

Today I joined a group of ladies from the Outagamie County Extension Service.

There were multiple work tables being used. I was at a table recycling calendars. After cutting the calendars apart, we slipped the pictures into sleeves, making flip picture books for special needs people.

The above photo shows our work in progress.

This photo shows where small pictures are clipped. Many will be glued to make homemade greeting cards.

It’s good to get out of the house and work on projects like this.

Until next time, that’s all there is from Sunnybook Farm.
