Volunteers working

Today I joined a group of ladies from the Outagamie County Extension Service.

There were multiple work tables being used. I was at a table recycling calendars. After cutting the calendars apart, we slipped the pictures into sleeves, making flip picture books for special needs people.

The above photo shows our work in progress.

This photo shows where small pictures are clipped. Many will be glued to make homemade greeting cards.

It’s good to get out of the house and work on projects like this.

Father and son love Transformers

Some thought I should have thrown out all those old toys. Now, I’m glad I didn’t.

Russ and his son, Harrison, had fun going through those old Transformers.

They may not be in perfect shape, but today they are more than toys. They are considered collectibles.

Wagner’s Market purchases.

First I found honey, but my other three purchases were a surprise, even to me.

I recommend trying other jam flavors. I’m sure the next time I go to Wagner’s Market in Black Creek I’ll try another jam flavor or two.

A portrait of Sunny

A surprise came in the mail yesterday. Here’s the video showing what was in the package.

When the package came, it had me scratching my head. I hadn’t ordered anything.

It took a bit to unwrap my package and I was so happy to find this portrait of my late dog, Sunny.

I do love surprises. Thank you Rachel.

A cute kid quote

This is a Robby account from the 1970s.

Rob was always thinking about the world around him and telling me all about it.
