She kept her kittens hidden. Today she brought out two.

I wonder if there are more and will search the barn in case she left any behind.

My cats left their toy out. Of course, Stella had to see why the cats liked it.

I was afraid she might want to tear it apart, but soon she walked away, leaving it for the cats.

This little woodpecker wanted a peanut but it paused, and checked me out, before grabbing a nut and flying away.

I was waiting for the hummingbird to return. This little guy came close, so I videoed him as he grabbed a peanut.

I had to sit quietly and wait to get this hummingbird feeding on my porch.

My arms were about to give out before it returned, but I held out and got the hummingbird buzzing about the feeder!

I hope he enjoyed his breakfast.

I know a few city people who moved to the country and were shocked when farm machinery rolled around their neighborhood making noise.

Spreading manure is also part of dairy farming, but at least it isn’t every day. Country living is still great.
