WPR gathering in Green Bay

Wisconsin Public Radio said “Thank you” to its fans in Green Bay this afternoon with a meet and greet in Perkins Park. Norman Gilliland and Peter Bryant did a 5-minute mystery to entertain the crowd and to make us think. Sorry, I didn’t record the whole mystery.

Guests were painting rocks as they munched snacks at the park.

I’m happy I went. Now I can put faces to these two radio personalities.

Until next time, that’s all there is from Sunnybook Farm.

Stella reacts to a cat toy

This cat toy needed charging. Before giving it to my cats, I thought I’d see how Stella would react. Here’s what she did.

She barked and barked afterward, so I removed the fish.

Stella is looking all over for it.

A dog toy has replaced the cat toy. There’s less barking taking place now.

Midwest Shrine Association convention parade

Seymour was honored to be selected to host this parade.

I was amazed at the cars, bikes, mini-bikes, etc. that zoomed up and down and around Main Street.

This is just a portion of what I saw.

The rest of my video was live-streamed on Facebook.

FROG Jam tasting

Here’s my tasting of FROG Jam.

I love the humor that went into naming this jam.

The jams I have been tasting were made for GJ Farmstand. You probably won’t find them anywhere but at Wagner’s Market, Black Creek, WI.

Stella in training

My puppy is growing and learning. Some days she’s a smarty. A day later, Stella forgets everything she learned the previous day.

I just set a cup on the table. She heard the noise and started barking as if we had a visitor. She’s a very alert dog, even if she does make mistakes. Of course, I make mistakes, too.
