Car-E hears blue jays

My big cat would love to catch one of those blue birds. The blue jays can get close safely because they are outside and Car-E is inside.

The blue jays are entertainment for all my cats.

Car-E never goes outside. He is a housepet and if he happens to accidentally get out the door, he is confounded by everything and comes back inside–all the while I am afraid I’ll lose him. It is better that he watch the outside world through windows.

Spitz at play

My half-grown kitten wanted to play with his string and with my hand.

I’d rather his rough play be confined to the string. Spitz has claws that need trimming… Ouch!

That’s not a toy!

If you run out of TP, don’t ask the cat for help.

The door was open to the TP cabinet the other day. I found teeth marks in the rolls that day.

Such is life with cats.

Two kitties and a box

Spits was there first, but Car-E wanted to claim his box back.

Putting paper in a box makes it more fun for a cat.

A lot of the time, this box is a nest for Car-E.
