Chickens don’t fear the cat

This cat seemed interested in the chickens. The chickens only cared about eating bugs. The birds had nothing to fear. The cat never attacked those big birds.

I always loved watching chickens searching the lawn for bugs. Back in the day, these were my feathered pets. I no longer have chickens. I miss watching them and I miss getting fresh eggs.

Kittens don’t stay little long. This video is of Car-E after I rescued him.

Right now he’s yowling. I just put him in the cat carrier. It’s time for his checkup. He is not happy.

Orioles and Blue Jays

It is so much fun watching the birds return in the spring. Today I had orioles and hummbirds (not in this video).

I am happy to put out jelly for the orioles and peanuts for the jays to supplement their daily menu. I hear them in the trees, but this brings them close.
