Sandhill cranes

An early morning walk down the farm lane brought me close to these two.

I love the sound of sandhill cranes. They are so prehistoric.

The sun hadn’t touched them yet, but they were walking and talking at this early hour.

Until next time, that’s all there is from Sunnybook Farm.

The spring chorus

Let’s all sing like the birdies sing,
Tweet, tweet tweet, tweet tweet.
Let’s all sing like the birdies sing,
Sweet, sweet sweet, sweet sweet.

Yesterday, before the snow, I captured local birds tweeting their happiness.

My favorite word is cacophony. That’s what this early morning sounds like.

Last snow?

Maybe.

The winter season is winding down, but not gone.

Still, as the sun glows brighter every day winter won’t be able to hold on too much longer.

Spring can’t come soon enough for me.

Until next time, that’s all there is from Sunnybook Farm.

Early morning

Hear the crunch of the frosty grass as I walk through my yard.

A beautiful morning to watch the sunrise on Sunnybook Farm.

No clouds. No wind.

Until next time, that’s all there is from Sunnybook Farm.
