Old cat pestered by young cats

Cruella has lived here a long time. The three young whippersnappers pester her.

Most of the time Cruella hides from her three pests. She eats alone so they don’t lap up all the gravy from her canned meal.

Cruella has been a very interesting house cat. Let’s hope she has many more years.

Barn-E and Spitz

My cats start their day romping through my bedroom. This is just a sample of their rough play.

When they wrestle on top of me, I know it’s time to get up and feed my monsters.

Barn-E sitting in the sun

I wanted more of his shadow, but I’m happy to have gotten this video of Barn-E this morning.

There are not too many windows that will give a good shadow. This is in the upstairs bathroom.

Thanks, Barn-E for sitting for me.

Cats can’t tell time

If you have one or more housecats, you did not get an extra hour of sleep last night. Mine skipped the time change and jumped on my bed as usual, ready for breakfast.

My feline alarm clocks are always ready to get going early each morning.

I’m just happy that they sleep most of the night without disturbing me, too much.

Cats in play mode

Barn-E and Spitz started their day in rough play mode today.

Sometimes they run through the house, trying to catch each other. Today they were on top of their cat tree.

I’m just happy they didn’t start my day by wrestling over the top of me.
