Fertilizer on the move

An unusual dry spell, has dust flying as a nearby dairy farm empties its manure pit.

This is an annual event that has tractors racing to fields. There the fertilizer is spread and worked into the soil.

There is no time to waste as rain is on its way. For bystanders, it’s best to stay out of their way.
