I was awake before five and thought about staying in my warm bed. That’s when my cat Car-E thought I should get up and pet him. Since I had no choice, I decided to shift the covers and get up.

It’s a good thing I looked out the window or I might have this glorious sunrise.

Sunny, my dog, and I enjoyed a 30-minute walk as the world woke up.

You might want to greet the day early one day, too. It’s worth the effort.
